CSD/AH/NR: Client Servicing Director / Agency Head, Bahrain
For the individual with the right combination of experience and personality, this is a very rewarding and important role in a growing professional media practice. The successful candidate will play a big part in managing and shaping the communication and workflow with clients.

Responsibilities:
• Complete all client service in accordance with the agreed technical standards and within budget.
• Manage the workload and liaise with both clients as well as staff to ensure effective communication.
• Ensure client services are delivered in a timely manner by requesting source documentation promptly.
• Liaise with subcontractors and assist in progressing their work, keeping the work plan and turnaround schedule up to date.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients in progressing their services and facilitate the most efficient delivery possible under the circumstances.

Skills

• Prior management / supervisory experience a must. With a strong slant on business development and a proven track record in generating billing and cost-effective execution of projects.
• At least 5 - 7 years experience working in the media with 3 - 4 years of hands-on knowledge, ideally 5+ years of account planning / strategic planning experience in an advertising agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferable.
