Junior Inventory Control Specialist

Role Purpose :
The Junior Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for manipulating and validating the data on daily basis with daily inventory transactions Job responsibilities :
Importing of Sales, and inform accounts department. Follow-up sales confirmation from Accounts and validation of consolidated database. Fix any issues related to sales as and when informed by accounts dept. Generate stocks availability both for warehouse and shop for salesman's reference and making necessary correction base on the feedback from them. Generate Stdata, list, and sample file for shops. Send new price file for POS updating. Validate stock transfers IN/OUT in JDE. Fix zero retail prices in the item master in JDE & POS Provide assistance to shop for transfer, price, zebra & pathfinder updating. Shipment receiving in JDE. Processing DR, fix unknowns.Weekly Generate and send sell out report to the brand manager (weekly) Generate and send the list of invoices with discount in the previous week to the Operation Specialist and Brand Manager. Sellout, OAR, & INOUT report to shops. Movement report. Sales summary. Weekly, monthly sales report. DOM stock status report.Monthly (end of the month) COGS delivery (only furniture, started on September 2008). Monthly Sales, returns & installation fee report for accounts validation. Purchase Report for accounts validation. Generate and Analyze Profitability Report. Stock availability report to shops, & warehouse. Sellout Report to Manager and Regional. Stock adjustments for negative stock. In / Out Transfers. Closing & confirming open transactions. Salesman-wise sales report to HR.Other Tasks:
Creation of Purchase Order for import shipments & local purchase. Shipment receiving process, purchase invoice, booking shipment expenses. Check the shipment charges against the landed cost and profit margin of the shipment received Price revision based on approval from concerned Managers, change the price and inform the shops and warehouse for confirmation of the change. Change of Season. Process devolution Generate packing list for old season stock transfers. Pricing promotion - sale phase. Sales Analysis Report.
Skills
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
:* BA in Accounting or Finance. * 2-3 years of experience in inventory or related field. Retail is a plus.* Organising skills* Time management skills* Good communication skills - written and verbal* Well developed interpersonal skills* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team* Good English and locally required language skills* Stock accounting program, Excel, Access.
