A. Manage and organize the day to day operations and activities of the Post Offices.
B.Collect and analyze customer's complaints and conduct surveys to measure customer satisfaction rates.
C. Identify and implement new plans to improve performance.
D. Plan and introduce new products and services, and follow-up on delivering them efficiently.
F. Conduct continuous field visits to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness, and maximize customer satisfaction.
