Responsible for engaging with First Data's global Automated Teller Machine (ATM) operations centre’s and subsequently implementing operational best practice where relevant, you will act as the point of contact for all operational activities. You will manage the relationships with third party suppliers including the definition of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), incident and currency management, first and second line maintenance as well as guarding and cash replenishment. We will look to you to take responsibility for planning, directing and closely managing the deployment and decommissioning of ATM assets. You will be expected to demonstrate the successful implementation of process re-engineering, an improvement in ATM availability and ensure that suppliers meet or exceed their defined SLAs.

Skills

You will have demonstrable experience of working within ATM Operations which will include exposure to supply chain management and transaction processing systems. In addition, you will also be experienced in managing supplier relationships and possess excellent communication skills. Exposure to working with different cultures and working styles would be an advantage.
