Human Resource Manager
Spinneys

Role:
As an HR Manager, you will implement HR strategies to help grow the organization. You will contribute to driving employee satisfaction through the implementation of relevant organizational initiatives that build on employee commitment.

Main Functions:
1-Establish an annual action plan and associated HR budget in line with the Group HR strategy and direction.
2-Monitor the achievement of the action plan against the milestones.
3-Follow up and manage the HR KPI’s, annual objective setting, performance management system for all departments and ensure that it is completed, reviewed and approved according to the policy and procedures.
4-Direct and supervise all HR functions including Personnel management, Organization development, HR systems, Policy and procedures implementation, Training and Development, Recruitment and selection, Employee relations and Administration services.
5-Safeguard the organization design, budgeted headcount, Administration operating expenses, and ensure the coordination of any changes or amendments and report issues to the company Group Human Resource Manager.
6-Supervise the compensation and reward management in coordination with the Group Human Resource Management to ensure the effectiveness of annual salary surveys, and salary and benefits structures.
7-Ensure the implementation of the manpower development plan in coordination with the Group HR Manager including the training need analysis, GAP analysis, training evaluation and talent management.
8-Coordinate and integrates all efforts to develop business culture, employees motivation and team building through the initiation of team building activities and event management.

Skills

- Minimum 4 years experience as HR Manager preferably in Retail.
- University degree in Management or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a Multicultural environment
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to think conceptually and operate at a strategic level
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
