1. Manage and organize the Marketing & Business Development Department efficiently, develop plan/budget in light of the company's objectives and ensure that all activities within the department meet the objectives.
2. Ensure the timely implementation, follow up and coordination of the marketing activities with both the advertising agency and the company’s departments to ensure a smooth implementation of the plans and the expansion of Libanpost products/services.
3. Manage direct marketing campaigns as an effective marketing tool and handle specific projects such as Beirut Int’l Marathon, Rally’s, sponsorships & exhibitions, etc…
4. Study, analyze, and determine new business opportunities based on clients’ needs and market competition.
5. Review all matters involving corporate identity, branding and image of the company. Ensure the implementation of a coherent, consistent and effective branding policy that covers the post offices.
