Senior HR Manager
Creative Personnel

This role requires an Experienced and Senior HR Professional that will run and ensure excellent working order of the HR function. Your role will be to lead and improve on the existing HR / people management process and issues whilst advising accordingly on internal and external HR matters. Your role will be to work within a diversified business and manage change, plan future growth and drive improved performance. You will ensure professional input and support of key employment processes of recruitment, induction, performance management, discipline, grievance and termination ensuring that these matters are consistently managed to a high standard and in accordance with company procedure.

Experienced in the following is essential:

Expert knowledge and understanding of Middle East employment practices.
- Masters/BSc degree in a HR related subject.
You must possess excellent business acumen and at least 8 years HR experience,

- Experienced in developing and improving HR related policies and procedures are maintained, broadcast, understood and professionally implemented.

Able to provide an effective HR administration service ensuring that employee data/information is handled, stored, processed and retrieved in a professional, confidential, accurate and timely manager

Senior generalist including strategy development and implementation
- Exceptional communication skills & influencing skills
- Previous budgetary responsibility
- Senior Manager
- Solid understanding of wider issues facing a diversified business within the Middle East.
In addition, you should have strong project and process management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Applicants with a background in Diversified Business Holdings and the Middle East would be of particular interest. Arabic Speaker is essential.
