Financial Growth

• Contribute to the profitable growth by ensuring clients engagements are executed in an efficient manner. Identify and follow up on opportunities to provide new services.
• Manages the engagement planning process and integrates partner feedback into the plan.
• Looks for new opportunities by forecasting client needs.
• Manages engagement profitability and is accountable for the economics of the engagement.
• Focus on developing targeted accounts and key potential clients
• Maximize revenue from existing clients and explore opportunities in the market.

Service Quality / Client care

• Applying firm-required Quality and Risk Management (QRM) procedures and protocols across all phases of the opportunity lifecycle for opportunities developed
• Providing leadership in developing and improving the Ernst and Young Service Line capabilities, credentials, and client value propositions in the areas of interest
• Developing and maintaining personal credibility and close, collaborative business relationships with key client executives, decision makers, and influencers
• Developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of the client's unique business issues, business context, and business constraints in the areas of interest
• Leading client interactions associated with scoping, pricing, negotiating, and contracting discussions for opportunities in the area of interest
• Ensures client deliverables are quality focused and delivered on a timely basis.
• Demonstrate business judgment in advising clients i.e. perceived value add in addition to our scope of work, yet managing risks

Operational Excellence

• Lead an Accelerated Asset Development service line process in the design and development of well-tailored, distinctive Ernst and Young offerings, capabilities, and proposals with compelling client value propositions, aimed at the areas of interest
• Demonstrating deep industry and functional insights in the area of interest through thought leadership and contributions to high-value client interactions, intellectual property (IP) development, publication and speaking/leadership contributions in industry forums
• Demonstrating deep and distinctive insights, on the key industry and client business issues, critical success factors, best practices, and solutions in the areas of interest
• Serving in an Engagement Advisor role, as needed, depending on the size and scope of the engagements, with all of the resource, budget, schedule, quality, and client relationship management requirements that normally accompany these roles
• Manage risk to the firm by adhering to the risk management policies and procedures and ensuring significant risks are identified and addressed.
• Maintain contacts with various subject matter experts and solution teams from other offices to leverage inter-office expertise and experience.

People

• Coach the team in the field on engagements in the context of a client and ensures that the work plan is properly executed by the team, and documented and concluded in compliance with organization and service line policies and protocols.
• Lead engagement teams and accounts complying with EY policies and procedures, and play a leadership role in educating others in your team (engagement acceptance, risk management, admin, etc.)
• Lives the Firm's values
• Plan and manage staff to ensure that past experience (both positive and negative) is shared and lessons are learnt by all going forward.
• Participate in recruitment and develop and train staff to be flexible, team players, creative and pro-active.

Skills

• Bachelors / Masters' degree in Engineering or Business Administrationin. A professional certification is a must
• Minimum six (6) years of relevant industry experience, of which preferably at least two (2) years will be within the professional services arena with a leading consulting firm.
• Strong experience, skills, and expertise in the below oil and gas industry functional or technical domains:
• Upstream and/or downstream oil, gas, and chemical (hydrocarbon) production operations, including key production management and optimization processes, best practices, critical success factors, and enablers (organizational and technology)
• Continuous hydrocarbon production economics, simulation, analytics, planning, and optimization
• Key Asset Lifecycle Management business processes, best practices, critical success factors, and enablers (organizational and technology)
• Advanced Production Management principles, management systems, critical success factors, and enablers applied to continuous hydrocarbon production operations, including Lean Manufacturing,
• Systems Analysis/Systems Thinking, Total Quality Management, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Production Performance Management.
• Leading Production Management simulation, optimization, and performance management process, practices, technologies, and tools
• Leading processes, practices, management systems, technologies, tools, and organizational structures, organizational capabilities in the areas of operations reliability and integrity, as well as health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management
• Architecture, planning and implementation of large-scale business integration, restructuring, transformation, and organizational change programs
• Integrated, holistic business transformation, business performance improvement, and organization transformation and change management methodologies
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (required) and Arabic (desired)
