Main Assignments :

a) Responsible for handling and drafting letters and general day to day correspondence for the Branch Management
b) Organizing / managing the Branch Manager calendar, scheduling meetings / conferences
c) Handling travel arrangements
d) Assisting in office functions to support the Branch Management
e) Assisting the Branch Management performing and coordinating all administrative activities
f) Creating, preparing /maintaining sensitive files and records) Creating, preparing/maintaining filing related to the business

Skills

Required Skills:
- Modern office procedures, computer operation and software applications.
- Business letter writing and basic report preparation techniques.
- Principles and practices of record keeping.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Operate a variety of office equipment including a switchboard, copiers, facsimile machine, computer; input and retrieve data and text; organize and maintain disk storage and filing.
- Independently perform the most difficult secretarial and administrative support services.
- Perform responsible and difficult secretarial work involving the use of independent judgment and personal initiative.
- Independently prepare correspondence and memoranda.
- Work independently in the absence of supervision.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.

Required languages :
English & Arabic are mandatory
French is a Plus

Required Experience :

3 years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience including some administrative secretarial & accounting experience, and personal assistant roles.
