- Read and analyze the RFP documents by studying the overall technical aspects of proposals.
- Design complex solutions related to infrastructure, platforms or applications.
- Assist sales team in gathering and scoping clear client requirements.
- Initiate internal meetings for proper scope definition.
- Manage a bid with its overall technical aspects.
- Assess risks and associated cost impact.
- Advise on solutions feasibility.
- Educate clients on best solution approach.
- Defend all aspects of submitted solutions.
- Develop awareness internally to sales and technical staff through trainings and meetings.
- Assist in product specific activity related to marketing, service or sales.
- Initiate training/certification and initiatives.
- Contribute in company pre-qualification through acquiring certifications.
- Research new solutions and market trends related to assigned field.
Skills
- Must have around 2-3 years of experience in Presales.
- Must have CCDA / CCDP certifications.
- Must have excellent communications skills in Arabic and English.
