We are looking to identify a Head of Finance to run and manage all financial activities for Cairo Festival City.This role demands the skills and experience of a fully fledged financecontroller who understands the intricacies of financial controls, budgets, reporting and cash management, ideally in a real estate or property development setting. The role is Cairo based and relationship building with stake holders including banks will be a feature of the work. You will need to report locally to management but within a financial policy and standards framework set by the owners.

About you

:We are looking for an intelligent person with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to quickly master the full scope of financial management responsibility of a high value business.  You must have a lot of drive and initiative and a solid background in accounting and finance. You must be degree qualified in accounting, finance or commerce, and ideally would be a charted accountant or equivalent. You will be comfortable creating and presenting information to senior audiences.
