This large diversified group of companies is seeking and an Arabic-speaking HR Manager to come on board and develop their HR department. This is a start up role which will require implementation of policies and procedures and processes across the board, as well as recruiting a small team and managing them accordingly. This role is a busy, diverse and operational one where a hands-on approach is essential.
Skills
Minimum 5 years generalist HR experience in the UAE
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
Ability to implement new systems and processes
Proactive approach and ability to use initiative
Good communication and organizational skills
Flexible, reliable and embraces change
Can work to deadlines under pressure
Strong management skills
Start up HR experience preferred
