-To set individual objectives for each key position and ensure that they are achieved within the targeted time.
-To ensure that the guidelines and rules relevant to my area are implemented and respected
-To carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
-To ensure vehicle down time inside workshop does not exceed the permitted level and study variance if there any and take appropriate actions.
-To monitor utilization and efficiency of technicians and take suitable actions to improve the level.
Second Customer Focus:
-To ensure that all logged in customer messages are attended within 2 hours.Continuous monitoring of system shall be made in this regard .
-To build strong relationship with dealer, service providers, parts suppliers and insurance companies.
-To ensure that timely follow-ups have been made with customers for renewal and /or return of vehicles upon expiry of contracts.
-To analyze level of customer satisfaction and take suitable measures to attain maximum satisfaction level.
Third Operational Functions:
-To develop and implement annual business plan for the department.
-To plan and check workshop equipment, furnishing and fixtures, operating resources and tools.
-To ensure the utilization of workshop resources, and assets for excellent rates of productivity, & efficiency.
-To represent the legal aspects of services externally and in relation to other departments, and organizes preparation of internal services.
-To coordinate automotive repair and maintenance services to obtain maximum utilization of automotive equipment and prevent operational delays in other prevent operational delays in other departments.

-Knowledge of Car Rental business functions.
-Knowledge of vehicle maintenance's.
-Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
-Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems.
-Troubleshooting- Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
-Reading Comprehension- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
-Writing- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
-Speaking- Talking to others to convey information effectively.
-Active Listening- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
-Excellent Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications.
-Excellent English & Arabic language skills.
