-To lead, plan, train and review the work of mechanic staff responsible for responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining and repairing mechanical defects in vehicles and related equipment .
-To give proper instructions and guidance to the subordinates as and when required.
-To resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity, efficiency and utilization.
-To check parts quality to ensure that all parts are up to the mark and will not adversely affect the performance of vehicle. To reject issuance of any substandard parts and report matter to
superiors.
-To report daily on pending jobs with reasons for pending and actions taken.
-To ensure services of vehicles according to dealers’ specifications and standards.

Education
