Public Leasing Sales Representative

First Customer Focus:
-To maintain positive relations with clients.
-To visit prospective customers to stimulate interest in establishing or
expanding automotive-leasing.
Second Operational Functions:
-To participate with Assistant Public Rental Sales Manager in preparing detailed market analysis that includes prices, competitors, services and customer trends competitors, services and customer trends.
-To develop new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales and services.
-To review ‘Kuwait Today Magazine' weekly and report government tenders to Sales Team Leader & buy tender documents as per the instruction of Team Leader .
-To continuously follow up with Tender.
-To Committee and provide feedback to Team Leader.
-To recommend types and number of vehicles needed to satisfactorily perform job with minimal expense .
-To ensure that the targeted sales is achieved/ exceeded every month.
-To track for overdue rental vehicles and inform Rental Sales Team Leader timely either for extension of the contract or if not, to receive vehicle back from the custody of user.

Skills

-Excellent oral & written communication skills both in English & Arabic.
-Knowledge of car rental business functions as well as tenders procedures.
-Highly organized, goal oriented, and flexibility is a must.
-Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
-Knowledge of cost analysis techniques.
-Excellent Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications
