Role Summary/Purpose
The Sales Area Manager plays a key role within the Energy Services organization to impact the strategy for the assigned account. Responsible for the area growth and development of the frame units in assigned region and needs to demonstrate leadership in managing the growth and penetration of the assigned customers or countries.

Essential Responsibilities
*Responsible for achieving and exceeding multi-million dollar Energy Services transactional and contractual orders in support a larger Region sales plan. Need maintain and grow a defined product portfolio. Will be responsible and accountable for business strategy reporting to the sub region Sales Director, working closely with all Energy Services sales, commercial and operation resources.

* Work closely with Power Generation team to insure one strategy, one goal behavior;supporting PG team success.

* Responsible for originating, structuring, negotiating and closing long-term agreements (CSA's) Energy Services opportunities with key customers in the region.

* Need to achieve a boundryleass behavior with non-core Leaders to promote the entire Energy Services product portfolio with an ability to work at the senior level .

* Customer Centric attitude to generate immediate credibility with key customers and to understand their needs and solve their problems in an accurate and timely fashion and to drive penetration with in the customer organization gaining growth internally and externally.
* Define and implement of Energy Services marketing and commercial strategies in order to increase orders volume,profitability and market share.
* Coordinate sales activities ensuring the development of the Energy Services and awareness in the market

Qualifications/Requirements

Self-starter Excellent interpersonal skills Strong negotiation skills Experience working in the Power sectorStrong presentation and communication skills
