Receptionist

Appleby International Middle East, is an Abu Dhabi based company providing professional property services throughout the Middle East. AIME offers a full spectrum of services across the property life cycle, including Facilities Management.

Our increasing property portfolio means an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist has become available at a new multi-building residential and commercial site, the Al Jimi Worker’s Village in Mussafah on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the successful applicant will provide the following services:

• Provide exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone to all visitors, residents and business clients on site
• Meet and greet clients and residents and provide registration and induction support
• First point of contact for all phone and email queries
• First point of contact for faults, complaints and queries from residential occupants and commercial management
• Data entry into the facilities computer maintenance system
• Assisting the Facilities Manager with general administrative tasks associated with front desk operations, including maintaining owner/tenant information for the site, booking and monitoring contractors on site and data entry into the facilities computer maintenance system

Skills

The successful candidate will be a team player, able to work autonomously, have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be looking for a challenging and progressive role. Previous administrative and customer service experience is essential. In addition to English, multiple language skills are essential particularly in Indian dialects and Arabic.
