Ideally you will have strong UAE/Middle East experience and be a capable solid biller with a proven track record in your market. Skills

MINIMUM of 3 years successful Banking and Finance recruitment experience with at least 12 months experience gained in the UAE.
Global Banking and Finance recruitment experience a bonus as there will be no geographical limitations to where you can recruit.
WESTERN EDUCATED AND ENGLISH MOTHER TONGUE.
Strong Business Developer with a proven track record.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and willing to embrace a team environment.
Ability to work to targets and deadlines and the capability to consistently achieve agreed targets.
Willingness to develop and lead own team.
