Organization Development Specialist
KGL Holding

Position Summary

Assist in the development and delivery of projects and programs in relation to human resources development, people development and business process modeling through the use of organization development interventions ensuring organizational effectiveness.

Skills

Skill Set:
•Education: university Degree in any scientific branch is a must.

Certificates: HR diploma is a plus.

Skills and competencies:
•Recognized skill in using Excel and PowerPoint is a

must, familiarity with Visio is a plus.
•Analysis and reporting skills.
•Communication and interpersonal (dealing with people) skills.

Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience.

Field of Experience :
•Preferably in HR positions (Look for keywords like job analysis, job evaluation, process mapping / optimization, talent management, performance evaluation).

Experience in consultancy firms is a plus.

Languages: Excellent command in the English Language, good command of the Arabic Language is a plus.

Key accountabilities :
•Assist in creating and coordinating new initiatives in HR and general OD requirements.
•Data management, reports generation and status updating for OD projects.
•Processes mapping and capturing.

Education

university Degree in any scientific branch is a must.
