//www.potterybarnkids.com/The DistributionCenter FurnitureTechnician will perform various repairs to damaged or less-than-perfect quality furniture made of wood, leather or upholster materials.Responsibilities :
Repairs to furniture will include burn-ins, touch ups, clamping, sanding, filing, spraying of tops, mixing/blending of colors and staining Process and control the rework flow throughout QA after the initial inspections are made to the product This position will require you to work the flow of back orders each day to ensure that we are able to ship product to the customer as the orders become available As part of the repair process full ownership is also given to you to inspect the entire piece of furniture outside of the visible repair for overall quality

Skills & Experience

: * Previous extensive experience in furniture repair is required* Skills will include the capability of fixing damages such as, crushed corners, dings and dents to top surfaces of the furniture* Able to mix colors to ensure a 100% color match on repaired pieces or areas* Demonstrate skill of spraying dining room table tops
