Sales Assistants - Electronics

Job Purpose :
The Sales Assistant provides customers with products or services information to assist them in determining appropriate merchandise to purchase, recommends additional products or services including demonstration with specific explanation for the features and benefits of products in order to meet customer needs and expectations.
Key Accountabilities :
Maintaining the highest standards of customer service Understand and meet customer needs and requirements Provide performance of out reach duties to support outlet sales Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas Demonstrate and articulate customer advanced product features and benefits which may involve technical descriptions of products and the way they may be used

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

:* Bilingual ( English/Arabic) * Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Customer oriented and enjoys interaction with people * Posses high level of selling and convincing skills * Ability to work with minimum supervision * Organized individual with attention to detail * Must possess a secondary degree certificate
