Prepares the quantity take-offs
Prepares Bar bending Schedules from issued construction drawings
Prepares shop drawing And Design Details in construction drawings By using Autocad
Copy, distribute and filing drawings and maintaining in accordance with the project management
procedures.
Responsible to Ensure drafting and cad standard are maintained and
existing CAD drawings are revises to meet defined standards.
Updates and issues CAD space plans and
maintains CAD department block plans and square footage reports.
Skills
1) Extensive experience in MEP/ HVAC project execution

2) Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering.
3) Proficiency in working on latest versions of Autocad,
Microstation, and relevant design softwares.
4) Excellent skills in understanding requirements and drafting
based on the same.
