MEP DRAFTSMAN - PLUMBING
Voltas Ltd.

1. Prepares shop/detail drawings and as built drawings.
2. Prepares MEP builders work & composite drawings.
3. Prepares bottom of duct & level of pipe
4. Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings.
5. Prepares drawing required for government permits and utility
companies.
6. develop detail pipe layout and isometric drawings
7. coordinate the ductwork with other trade i.e structural, piping,electrical
& interior design
8.Prepare duct layout from single line diagram conceptual sketches &
Engineering instruction.
9. Develop plantroom layout and sectional detail
10.Basic knowledge of different hvac equipment in term of function
11.Prepare duct sizing from airflow data
12.Basic knowlege of airconditioning design
13. Conducts site verification as required
14. Maintains and updates electronic and manual records of the company.
15. Secure all company documents at all times
16. Recommends changes for improvement in the system, methods and
procedures.
17.Prepare ducting estimate base on smacna
18. Implement the ISO 9001 standard.
19. Abides with the company rules regulations.
20. Performs other related duties as maybe assign by the Superior

Skills

1) Extensive experience in MEP/ HVAC project execution
Company
2) Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3) Proficiency in working on latest versions of Autocad,
Microstation, and relevant design softwares.
4) Excellent skills in understanding requirements and drafting
based on the same.
