A crucial position to compliment the existing Cairo team is now available to construction professionals. Reporting to the Development Director, we are looking to identify a Senior Project Manager with extensive project management experience to be part of the residential and commercial development team. This role will be that of a Team Leader, and demands the candidate to have solid residential and commercial experience and be responsible for directing the construction process in its entirety up to delivery. The job holder will ensure the execution of the project to quality, time and budget, also implementing effective supervision of the in-house team and external partners.

About you

:To be considered for this position, you will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or a related field. Solid and extensive experience in new build residential and commercial developments is a must. In addition, you will have had substantial experience in the construction field either from a contracting or consulting background. This is a senior position and will require a high level of direction, therefore a minimum of five years experience in a leadership position is required.Applicants who do not meet the above criteria will unfortunately be declined this opportunity.
