Role Summary/Purpose
The Lead Modeling Analyst develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role, you are responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for providing direct modeling support to the Regional General Managers and their staff who manage 30 - 40 contracts with commitments in excess of $2B.

Partner with the operating and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of the Contract Margin Reviews which is a key business process to ensure accurate forecasting and revenue recognition of the portfolio.

Provide analytical support to assist the operating team in creating, executing, and solving complex modeling issues by developing a thorough understanding of the interrelationship of contract terms and conditions, technology business rules, and related financial accounting.

Support SI and SII process (Business Planning Cycle) by ensuring that accurate operating and financial assumptions are reflected in the models.

Support the operating and commercial teams on new deal and renegotiations by executing "What If" impact scenarios for different operating alternatives.

Interface directly with the ITO (Inquiry to Order) and OTR (Order to Remittance) teams during the ITO/OTR turnover process by providing Quality Assurance and Controllership of the Financial Model.

Research, analyze and recommend partnership strategies for Key Customer Accounts. Provides analysis of Key Account drivers and recommendations for new growth and expansion of current accounts.

Drive Fleet Modeling uniformity through close collaboration with other Modeling Analysts, Risk/Reward, Finance and Operations Team members.

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or at least 8 years of professional work experience in Engineering Finance and Cost Modeling.At least 2 years of experience in Engineering or Engineering Financial Analyst role.
