Role Summary/Purpose
Responsible for service sales for the specified region at the equipment point of sales, the leader has to:-Lead the Services at Point of Sales activities within Equipment team (embedded) with particular focus on major deals-Design & demonstrates best combined offers/solutions relating to equipment and services value(s) to the customers.-Develop a good market understanding (competitive intelligence) to proactively adapt and design price/product strategy as market conditions change-Define pricing
Essential Responsibilities
*Define and promote Customer Centric solutions at POS > to aggressively grow services business focusing on revenue and profitability.
*Promote and sell Services values within equipment sales ITO process. including defining and reviewing Service strategic positioning, introduction of new products and services, setting service price targets, gathering and analysis of competitive data, market dynamics, segments, volumes and trends.
*Embedded within Equipment Sales Team to provide accurate and timely Service offer support·Training and coaching of Both Indirect and Direct Sales and Service Sales teams in executing POS Strategies
*Communicate new Service expectations in eQuote process
*Engage Sales teams into Service sales excellence at POS
*Review, Control, validate the Warranty Extension and the concessions @ POS, responsible for follow up of POS offers.
*Manage discount escalation process
*Lead Market Data analysis (pricing trend, comp. intelligence)
*Provide support to the Services Sales Specialist, in POS in terms of pricing for contract, pricing for special components, offer definition and content & customer presentations/materials
