1.Focuses sales efforts to reach target as set by the sales supervisor on a quarterly basis.
2.Collects regularly all due invoices and follows up on pending accounts; delivers related reports and follows strictly the regulations concerning collection procedures.
3.Maintains customer satisfaction through establishing professional relationships and properly representing Benta Trading in the market.

4.Handles customers’ complaints and coordinates with the sales supervisor on any relevant issue when needed; keeps appropriate relative records and reports.
5.Keeps reports and records updated at anytime.
