Regional Sales Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
• Supervise and Lead Muriya Sales Teams both in Sifah & Salalah
• Maintain Daily Reporting System to management on the following:-
o Current Client Issues
o Outstanding Contracts Status
o Sales Associate Monthly Target
o Update on Sales Figures VS Target
o Feedback on Market Activity
o Follow Up on Daily Leads with Team Leaders to ensure they are executed
o Sales Team Issues relating to performance & conduct
o Office Scheduling (Weekly)
o Daily Sales Leads Monitoring with a minimum of 5 leads per day and a minimum 100 leads per month.
• Achieve annual Jebal Sifah and Salalah Beach sales target
• Manage Sales Team keeping in mind the following:-
o Total Sales Target
o Individual Sales Target are monitored weekly and direction given to sales team
o Reporting of any case of sales associates who are short of monthly, quarterly or annual targets
• Deliver assigned goals and objectives
• Train and coach new and existing sales associates through an approved sales training program
• Carry out biannual appraisals of team members in conjunction with Director of Sales/VP of Real Estate
• Implement Sales Plan for assigned market
• Support and implement management decision
• Ensure implementation of sales process
• Ensure customer satisfaction through out the sales process
• Ensure quality through price integrity without discounts or payment facilities
• Manage Sales team budget
• growing bottom line
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Champion and lead Corporate vision in assigned market
• Assigned Territory:
• Jebal Sifah & Salalah Beach
• Deliver assigned financial goals & objects
• Acquire all information on all new phases within Jebal Sifah & Salalah Beach first hand and to debrief the sales leader.
• Proposal plan of the following points to be discussed and approved:-
• Sales team member promotions
• Cross movement
• Special Job Assignment
• Training Plan
• Manage Sales Team Leader in following:-
• Delegation of essential tasks
• Bi weekly briefing for a maximum
• Weekly meeting with entire staff with agenda set prior.
• Management by walking around which would include:-
• Daily Monitoring
• Punctuality of Staff
• Sales team activity
• Provide support for any sales teams
• Manage Sales Outlets ensuring the following:-
• Sufficient sales staff
• Ensuring that they are always stocked with marketing material and all essential resources necessary for the sales process to support clients.
• Ensure that sales team leader maintain clean and tidy offices filing all papers in the designated place.
• Controlling:
• Annual sales plan
• Measuring & diagnosing results
• Quarterly business reviews
• MAINTAIN PRICE INTEGREITY (NO DISCOUNTING)
