Planning and Evaluating each project and Value Engineering, sourcing
-Designing the project to optimizing the output, taking accountability for each section P&L.
-Optimizing the time of executing & commissioning for each project.
-Procure all type of Machines & Material which are required for each project.
Design & Supervise the executing of Sales center at Yaafour (EMAR Project) and Special Villas for Qatar Ruler.
Manage all procurement and purchasing orders locally and from abroad relevant to these fleet.
Supervise and manage all the spare parts stores and stock.
Travel to ensure the import of skilled labors, technicians, operators...
Manage all the financial and administrative related to this profit center.
Manage the chain track work for the best production of these equipment and fleet in coordination with all sites Project Managers...
Creat and mange a profit center witihn the company for ensuring the renting of a fleet of equipment varying from saloon cars, loaders, transitmixers, buses, trucks, cranes......
