CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are currently in need of female Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi. She must be an Arab National. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries and dealing with difficult or irate customers. She must be willing to work on a shifting schedule. Preference will be given to those under personal sponsorship.

Skills

A degree or diploma in any discipline is desired. Ideal candidates should also have an excellent command in English both written and oral. Proficient in relevant computer applications and knowledgeable of customer service principles and practices.
