Software Developer

The role is responsible for writing and coding individual programmes from specific requirements. The position is also responsible for the design, installation, testing and maintenance of software systems.

- Interprets written business requirements and technical specification documents
- Performs coding to written technical specifications
- Investigates, analyses and documents reported defects
- Performs maintenance programming and correction of identified defects
- Creates, documents and implements unit test plans, scripts and test harnesses
- Creates and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates
- Plans, develops, maintains and deploys MS Share Point sites across the various business units of AAW
- Maintains confidentiality in accordance with the ICT Policies and Procedures
- Ensures that the services given are delivered within the ICT governance framework
- Performs other work-related duties and responsibilities as directed by the head/s of the department

Skills

- At least 2 years of experience in Software Development, database architecture and design, software coding
- Bilingual - English/Spoken & Written / Arabic is a plus

Education
BS degree in Engineering, Comp.Sci., or IT; Certifications in MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CNE
