Project Manager
Pan Gulf Holding

Developing a detailed project implementation plan: scoping the proposed/acquired project considering costs, budgets, resources, materials and cash-flow
Scheduling and Tracking Performance (Actual vs. Planned) on cost and task level
Work with Management on Workforce Planning, Equipment and Tools Capacity Definition & Allocation and Material Procurement
Represent the company in Weekly Construction meetings with the client, preparing weekly progress report for the client and management
Responsible for successful initiation of the project to the successful commissioning
Ensure billing process is completed as per client requirements and within the projected contractual time-frames.
Ensure work carried out and documentation is in compliance with ISO 9001QMS, ISO 18001 OHSAS for successful audits by the relevant organizations

Skills

Minimum 8 Years of Working experience in the same field (Fiber Optic Outside Plant)
PMP/PRINCE 2 Certification is added advantage
Knowledge of Inside Plant Project Management will be a plus
Familiar with Project Planning Packages Primavera, MS Project
English: Written, spoken to be on excellent scale
Arabic: Added Advantage

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Telecom or Electrical Engineering
