Alcon is currently seeking a Vision Care Medical Representative to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE . We are looking for a highly motivated and professional team player with a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the Sales.

Major Purpose of the Role:

Sales of contact lenses and lens care through the coaching of existing customers, the development of customers with potential and the acquisition of new customers.

Delivering the company strategy at the point of sales in optical retail as well as ophthalmologists and pharmacies through active implementation of Sales and marketing programs.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1. Full accountability for territory (sales, distribution, active customers, market share, etc)
2. Responsible for delivering sales targets according to set budget
3. Delivering and implementing company strategy
4. Support marketing in delivering programmes
5. Customer development and care through implementation of tailored support and activities
6. Launch of new products
7.Training of staff in optical outlets

At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the sales field is required for this position in a mutli national company.
Solid sales experience with a solid track record in developing customers and delivering on company targets.
Must be analytical, detailed, organized and systematic.
Must have a University Degree in Optometry, Pharmacy or other health care studies.
Bilingual - Arabic and English is preferred
