URGENT: Senior Quality Analyst wanted in Dubai!!!
Huntress International

Huntress International is looking for a Senior Quality Analyst/Quality Analyst to work for one of our largest clients in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years relevant experience in an IT and quality management environment.

The role involves:

• Definition and deployment of QA and Operational processes and methodologies
• Facilitating workshops and process training
• Conducting / assisting in artefact reviews and process compliance checks
• Promote Quality Assurance, process awareness and process compliance

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide orientation on Quality System to practitioners
• Facilitate process compliance by providing processes, templates, forms, guidelines to projects
• Work with projects to ensure process implementation
• Provide inputs on efforts, defects etc. for estimation
• Provide necessary training to ensure process implementation
• Assist in project plan preparation and risk management
• Ensure that change management and configuration management procedures are set and followed
• Assist in document control and establishment of traceability
• Plan and assist in artefact reviews and ensure review report submissions
• Attend and assist in project review meetings
• Ensure that all issues raised in reviews and project meetings are tracked to closure
• Collect measurements, analyse and deduce metrics
• Conduct data analysis on metrics and defects and provide reports to the management
• Identify corrective / preventive actions and track to closure
• Identify process training requirements and plan / conduct / assess trainings
• Check compliance of project schedule with project milestones
• Preparation and execution of QA plan for the projects
• Plan frequency and schedule for regular checks, metrics and audits

Skills

Minimum Requirements:

- 5 years relevant experience in IT and Quality Management
- Relevant IT or business process reengineering background
- Efficiency in project management tools such as MS project, EPM etc
- Good understanding of QA techniques and tools
