Regional Service Manager
Arabian Auto Agency

Job Purpose:
Manages and supervises regions’ workshops facilities and personnel. Coordinates activities concerned with automotive equipment and maintenance of heavy equipment repair and storage facilities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate foremen.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Reviews customers service quotation prepared by the section foreman
2. Estimates cost of repairs and prepares itemized work order, listing costs of parts and labor, then negotiates with customer for agreement.
3. Prepares warranty machine failure then submits to Service Director
4. Coordinates with sales department and arranges for the assembling and delivering of heavy equipment to customers.
5. Prepares and authorizes local purchase requisitions for workshop consumables, and review stocks twice a week.
6. Develops and implements stringent safety rules and procedures for the facilities, maintenance operational activities and employee's safety and follows up ensure adherence of employees to those rules and procedures.
7. Plans for internal manpower movement depending on work load.
8. Assists Service Director in developing maintenance procedures for his region to enhance workmanships in term of work quality and number of completed work orders on a timely basis.
9. Administers subordinates and increase workshops productivity by boosting manpower skills by implementing proper on the job training

Education

Minimum Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree and/or higher diploma in related field.
