Franchise Sales Consultant (FSC)
RE/MAX Arabia

An International Real Estate Company is looking for professional Franchise Sales Consultants for the following countries:

• Oman
• Qatar
• Bahrain
• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Kuwait
• Lebanon

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop a thorough knowledge of the real-estate market in
the Middle East
• Willingness to learn a Real Estate franchise system and
explain its benefits to prospects
• Be creative and find solutions to objections through
research and management
• Professional image
• To help with the development of an effective franchise
marketing kit
• Setting monthly business goals
• To follow a company’s sales follow-up procedure
• Develop a sphere of contacts with Real Estate
brokers/offices
• Research and recommend Real Estate events/expos to
management
• Documenting prospects for weekly reporting

• Some Real Estate knowledge
• Self motivated

• Ambitious, positive and Goal oriented
• Problem and situation solver
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Computer Skills, especially Microsoft Office suite such as
Access, Excel and Power Point
• Speaks both Arabic and English languages fluently
