Marketing & Communication Director - Al Ain

Principal Accountabilities:
The principal accountabilities will encompass:
• Implement various communication modules for the company.
• Develop communication plan and program based on best practices and current trends together with other department.
• Measure effectiveness of communications activities, and customizing it to the requirement of the organization.
• Work towards achieving the set sales targets.
• Building brand equity and projecting a positive image of the company.
• Provide direction, guidance, momentum and vision for the organization and focuses on advancing the mission and goals of the organization.
• Facilitate each member’s contributions to the organization and channels each member’s energies and strengths toward areas of interest.
• Develop and implement corporate communications and branding strategies for the company.
• Coordinate with media, community, the public and employees on communication of corporate messages, media relations and corporate social responsibility campaigns/activities.
• Foster an environment that advances staff through effective coaching, professional development, and succession planning.
