Job Description
Responsibilities:
■Assisting the technical manager in arranging and scheduling training courses regarding AC Systems.
■Planning and organizing the technical training progress, tools, equipment and material through out the training academy.
■Coordinate registration of trainees and acquisition of appropriate training materials, tools, and Components.
■Achieving trainee targets through the year.
■Provide On site technical support and assistance to meet customer's needs and increase sales Productivity.
■Achieve CAC Sales target.
■Handle day-to-day functions and activities in the department.
■Teach trainees especially for installation and trouble shooting of Air Conditioners
Requirements:
■Min 2-3 Years of experience.
■Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Air Conditioning systems, (Variable Refrigerant Volume ) Systems.
■Control & BMS Knowledge is a plus.
■Should have technical background and knowledge in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for HVAC Systems.
