To keep up and maintain the equipment, plant machinery and building as per required standards, utilizing the available resources in the most efficient manner in order to provide a high level of guest satisfaction and organization profitability in an atmosphere of high employee morale .
Responsible for handling day to day complaints regarding maintenance.
Responsible for maintenance and up keep of all the equipments
Responsible for executing preventive maintenance as per schedules.
Ensures all equipment and areas are maintained as per required standards.
Ensures all jobs allocated to him are carried out efficiently and promptly.
Assists others in the engineering section
Does KENFIXIT JOB in rooms for preventive maintenance to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction.
Recommends change in the system and procedure to increase efficiency and improve service levels.
Assists supervisor to implement energy conservation program.
Responsible for maintaining working tools in serviceable condition.
Attends behavioral and vocational training in own and related work areas to enhance skills and develop multi- functionality.
Maintains good relationship with all hotel employees
Carry out requests from immediate supervisor and ensure taht every task is done with high standard quality.
· Ideally will have experience in a similar position
