Account Manager

Job Description

Typical Day:
Check the status of each client's job(s) in the creative department and verify the jobs will be completed on time. Contact each client at least once a day to discuss current and upcoming projects.
Initiate new jobs for the client. Review and present concepts/layouts/copy to the client for approval.
Communicate the client's feedback to the creative department and discuss the next steps in the campaign. Act as a consultant to the client by sharing his/her opinions about the campaign/product/brand/market.

Skills

Candidate Profile expectations:
2 years experience in similar or relevant field.
Must have a Bachelor Degree from a reputed university.
Possess a basic understanding of Marketing and branding principles if not practical at least in theory.
Preferably Saudi or raised in Saudi Arabia
Demonstrate the willingness to learn and apply learnings.
Be a team player.
Have a consultative approach to sales.
Inclined to work in the services sector in KSA.
Posses a leadership trait to manage projects.
Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in both Arabic and English.
Professional appearance and persona.
Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people.
Must be able to handle pressure well.
