Job Description

• Daily journal entry(all type of transactions) for official and actual system
• Check up all transactions that have been posted
• Filing on daily basis (official and actual)
• Verify customer's credit (reconciliation)
• Follow up outstanding receivables for collection (Applying rules of credit facilities)
• Reconciliation Bank accounts
• Prepare of monthly payments to suppliers (pmt cycle)
• Deposit of cash & cheques at bank on daily basis
• Follow up all official declarations (VAT, Salaries tax, income tax)
• Report to the owner the daily movement (Income/Trial/cash deposits)
• Account manager (Ledger, subaccounts, asset, client, city ledger…etc)
• Report to owner (unexpected and variable expenses that will be paid out of cash mng)
• Report to sale dep. (client category)
• Depreciation& amortization for tangible & intangible fixed assets (official only)
• Follow up all electronic transfer (PMT & receipts)
• Check the financial manager report
• Preparation of suppliers contracts for unregistered companies or individuals
• Daily journal entry (all type of transactions) for official and actual system
• Check up all transactions that have been posted

Skills

The perfect candidate must have 3 to 4 years of experience. Hotel experience is a plus.
