Job Description
• Carries out responsibilities in relation to receiving, safeguarding, accounting for, disbursing, and processing of payments.
• Prepares and reviews journal entries.
• Handles Petty Cash.
• Maintains proper documentation of all accounting records.
• Prepares deposit and other bank related transaction.
• Conducts accounting activities on day-to-day basis.
• Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Finance Manager.
• Reporting directly to the Head of the Department.
Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Preferably good knowledge in accounting software ( Pioneer -Pro )
- Preferably with experience in car rental & real estate companies
