    About the Job:

    We are currently looking for a Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. In this role you will be responsible for:


    -
    Verifying of store Petty cash reimbursement vouchers for all M&S stores including Regional office and certifying the same inline with DOA and SOP


    -
    Analyzing logistics expenses account and maintaining a monthly schedule for the same


    -
    Data maintenance and updating logistics expenses account and assisting the management accountant in monitoring logistics costs


    -
    Reviewing expenses accounts for the month and passing necessary accrual entries and maintaining accrual schedules


    -
    Raising Local Purchase orders and completing Goods received notes for capital expenditure


    -
    Updating capital expenditure cost by project and keeping track of payments


    -
    Coordinating with Stores & Retail Finance on Insurance related matters in relation to declaration, claims, settlement and accounting

    About You:

    To be successful in winning this role, you should have a Bachelors in Accounting / Financial Management or equivalent and be able to demonstrate:

    - Minimum 2 years of experience in similar or related role

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    - Strong computer skills - including ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) and advanced MS-Excel knowledge

    - Good analytical, presentation & reporting skills.

    - Good organisation, time management and administrative skills

    - Must have a feel for figures in business environment (preferably retail)

    - Flexibility and willingness to multi-task

    - Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment
