    Administration & Employees Relations Manager

    Job Description

    • Administer, direct, and review employee relations programs, including the handling of grievances and performance issues.
    • Provide guidance and advice to management on developing, implementing and revising employee relations programs and policies and resolving human resource issues.
    • Work proactively to address employee relations issues through strategic management interaction.
    • Investigate and supervise investigations of issues affecting employer/employee relations or compliance with regulations by conducting interviews, reviewing data and discussing issues with involved parties.
    • Support line mangers in discipline process by: providing a list of offences and disciplinary actions to be taken.
    • Create the right culture and best work environment.
    • Support in implementing the annual employees’ satisfaction survey and the accordingly corrective plan.
    • Execute other initiatives related to employee satisfaction and work environment.
    • Initiate GOSI agreements then manage and update it with best utilization.
    • Manage and report work accidents officially.
    • Ensure that all employees have proper official updated documents.
    • Develop Tracking Systems for all: Transactions’, Contracts’ & Certificates’ Expirations and hand over of documents.

    • Communicate all systems, policies, initiatives, announcements …etc. properly to all concerned employees.
    • Prepare all company’s and employees’ social and celebrating events.
    • Optimize and rationalize Operational costs (telephone, utilities, supplies, leasing contracts, casual labors, compounds, hotels, express delivery companies … etc.).
    • Arrange the reception for company visitors: welcoming - booking - transportations.

    Skills

    o Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
    o Tact and the ability to deal with difficult situations.
    o English Language: Speaking and writing.
    o IT skills.
