Job Description
Islam Commercial Enterprises is a Food Import and Distribution Company with main office in Jeddah and branches in Medina, Riyadh and Khobar. We specialize in high quality Bakery and Pastry products that and are well known in the Catering and industrial sector of the market. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant, to be based at our Jeddah office.
Responsibilities:
Filing of documents, posting of receipts, answering of telephone calls, sending and receiving faxes, depositing and cashing funds at our bank accounts, writing letters and notices, checking our website for contacts.
Skills
Qualifications:
University graduate, Fluent in English in speaking, writing and reading.
Good knowledge of Computer usage.
Good knowledge of Windows or similar programs.
If female she should have no reservation in working with male co-workers and should not have to cover her face.
If male he should have a driving license.
We prefer a young graduate eager to be trained and looking for improving his/her position in the company.
