Job Description
1-Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
2-Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.
3-Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence. 4-Compose, type, and draft all letters, memorandums and reports.
5-Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items.
6-Participate in preparing sector budget and all financial requirements.
