Our client, a leading company in banking industry is currently seeking to recruit an Administrator. You will assist in office administration reporting to the Senior Surveyor in Charge, Job Responsibilities Administration of the Dubai office for the Energy business stream Telephone answering and enquiries Maintaining work schedules and travel arrangements for Dubai Technical Staff Maintaining correspondence control and document control including administration of CRM system Contract administration Support of the Senior Surveyor in Charge as required
