Application Developer - Programer - BAAN ERP

Job Description

- Proper development of applications or applications extensions based on end user requirements or as per analysis individually proposed and approved, or analysis received from the senior systems analysts or from the Functional Team.

- First level support for end users, problems resolution and escalation of cases when required to senior staff or with external product provider

Skills

The main aspect of this job is to provide and ensure proper first level support for end users in the organization besides development tasks and skills to deliver or customize the end product, systems integrations tasks are also included whenever applications needs to communicate to each other (i.e. exchange or transfer of data from/to ERP)

The job holder should have Functional knowledge of the programming and should have the ability to explore solutions at the systems and applications level - Proposing solutions at the technical level - Capable of defining / formalizing operational procedures and system processes - Good communication skills - Good reporting skills - Good knowledge on the Database infrastructure and Good Programming Skills.

Knowledge of SQL programing is a must
Knowledge of BAAN Tools is an added benefit
