On behalf of our client, an International Oil and Gas Company, we are currently seeking to recruit an Are Sales Manager- Lubricants (Middle East)Primary responsibilities1. Manage existing distributors of the areas assigned 2. Roll out annual HSSE Distributor programmes 3. To work closely with the distributor and their staff members in meeting annual targets 4. Training and Development of the Distributors Sales Organisation 5. To ensure the Key Performance Indicators for Volumes and Gross Margins are delivered as per plan. 6. Work with the Functional Managers to implement the Market Space strategies. 7. Work with the B2B Executive in developing and maintain strong relationships with customers within the B2B markets. 8. Providing Management Information Reports on monthly basis. 9. Providing cover in absence of Lubricants Managers in area management role. 10. To carry out market analysis on competition, gather market intelligence in order to plan out sales promotional activities properly 11. Effective management of branding activities in order to build strong brand presence in the markets Increase market penetration to develop and increase the retail base.
Skills
Person Specification Expert level sales experience within the lubricants sector . The ideal candidate would have had extensive experience in managing Distributors and Key Accounts and should have had strong business track record with excellent networking and influencing skills. Expert level sales and marketing experience at a Lead level within the lubricants segment Education Certifications University degree, with a minimum of 6 years of sales and marketing experience.
