Job Description
* Preparation of cheques for vendors
*Responsible for all appropriate and relevant documentation for the vendors ( internal PR’s, internal approvals, vendor invoices)
* Checking, managing and processing of phone bills company wide
* Liaising with HR with regards to employee phone bill deductions & adjustments
* Ensuring all bank details are correct as per company and UAE policies for all company wide payments
* Ensuring payments are ready to be processed when due
* Checking of payments processed to ensure timely execution
* Liaising with vendors with regards to statements, payments & cheques
* Complete responsibility of petty cash for Dubai headquarters.
* Processing of petty cash payments ensuring all relevant documentations and approvals are in place according to company policy
* Maintaining petty cash records and ensuring they are up to date, accurate and reconciled
Skills
* At least 2-3 years’ experience in an accounting environment
* Bachelors degree or above
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Team Player
* Experience dealing with cash and cheques
* Experience with reputable ERP systems
* Handling pressure and tight deadlines
